These Terms govern your use of GearSweep and its website. By downloading, purchasing, or using GearSweep, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
本协议适用于 GearSweep App 及相关网站。下载、购买或使用 GearSweep，即表示你同意本协议及 Apple 适用的 App Store 条款。如果不同意，请勿使用本 App。
What GearSweep does
GearSweep 提供的服务
GearSweep is a personal organization and checklist tool. It lets you create Gear, Containers, Kits and Activities; confirm Pack Out and Pack Back status; run a Room Sweep; and configure supported reminders. It reports the state you record and does not independently detect, identify, locate, or verify physical objects.
GearSweep 是个人整理与核对工具，可创建 Gear、Container、Kit 和 Activity，记录 Pack Out 与 Pack Back 状态，执行 Room Sweep，并设置受支持的提醒。它只展示你记录的状态，不会独立检测、识别、定位或验证现实中的物品。
Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your belongings, travel preparation, safety decisions, backups, and compliance with applicable rules. Review checklist contents yourself, maintain suitable permissions and reminders, and keep an independent backup of important information.
你仍需自行负责个人物品、出行准备、安全决定、数据备份以及遵守适用规则。请自行检查清单内容，合理设置权限和提醒，并为重要信息保留独立备份。
Reminder limitations
提醒能力限制
Notifications, AlarmKit, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and location events depend on device compatibility, settings, permissions, power state, network, and iOS behavior. They may be delayed, changed, suppressed, or unavailable. Departure events may arrive late. Do not rely on GearSweep as the sole method for protecting valuable, safety-critical, medical, legal, or emergency equipment.
通知、AlarmKit、Live Activity、灵动岛和位置事件依赖设备兼容性、设置、权限、电量、网络和 iOS 行为，可能延迟、变化、被抑制或不可用。离场事件可能延迟。请勿把 GearSweep 作为保护贵重、安全关键、医疗、法律或应急装备的唯一手段。
GearSweep Pro
GearSweep Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Current benefits include unlimited active Activities and backup export and import with photos. Family Sharing depends on Apple’s configuration and rules.
Prices, taxes, payment authorization, refunds, and restoration are handled by the App Store. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple and applicable law.
GearSweep Pro 是由 Apple 处理的非消耗型 App 内购买。当前权益包括无限进行中的 Activity，以及包含照片的备份导出与导入。家庭共享取决于 Apple 的配置和规则。
价格、税费、付款授权、退款和恢复购买由 App Store 管理。退款资格和处理由 Apple 及适用法律决定。
Availability, warranty and liability
可用性、保证与责任限制
GearSweep is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, prevention of property loss, detection of every missing item, or delivery of every reminder.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the GearSweep developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of property, data, profit, or opportunity arising from use of the app. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
GearSweep 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证服务始终不中断、兼容所有设备、防止财产损失、发现所有未带回物品或送达每一次提醒。
在法律允许的最大范围内，GearSweep 开发者不对因使用本 App 产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，以及财产、数据、利润或机会损失承担责任。依法不能排除的权利和责任不受影响。
