Update each outgoing item as returned, loaned, missing, or left at location, then run Room Sweep.

Open Activity reminder settings. iOS permissions and system scheduling determine delivery.

Backups备份
Go to Settings → Data → Export Backup. GearSweep Pro backups can include local photos.

Restore purchases恢复购买
Use the purchasing Apple Account, then open Settings → GearSweep Pro → Restore Purchases.

Does GearSweep require an account?
GearSweep 需要注册账号吗？
No. The core experience is offline first and does not require a GearSweep account.

Why did a reminder arrive late—or not arrive?
为什么提醒延迟或没有出现？
Delivery is controlled by iOS. Check notification permission, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, and the Activity reminder settings. Location events may be delayed, so keep a scheduled time reminder as primary.

Why is Live Activity or Dynamic Island not visible?

Confirm that Live Activities are allowed in iOS Settings and enabled for the Activity. iOS decides where and how long a Live Activity appears.

Does GearSweep know whether an item is physically present?
GearSweep 能判断物品是否真的在身边吗？
No. GearSweep records the confirmation state you enter. It does not use AI image recognition and cannot guarantee that nothing is forgotten.

How do I change my starter scenario?

Open Kits and choose Starter Templates to create another editable Kit. Existing Kits are not automatically replaced.

How do refunds work?

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s Report a Problem website or the refund request entry in GearSweep Pro when available.
